Position Summary

Performs Sales activities and customer service functions for assigned accounts. Meets and exceeds sales objectives by building and maintaining relationships related to our existing customers and integrator/partners.

Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

    Is the primary point of contact for assigned customers' conveyor system spare parts orders.
  • Promotes the value of "spare parts inventory" with assigned customers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Communicates spare parts order updates to customer and facilitates any necessary changes.
  • Responds and completes customer inquiries in a timely fashion.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Manages spare parts purchase orders and provides follow up support.
  • Promotes the value of our eCommerce site with customers and works with other departments to support sales growth
  • Sets up and maintains customer access to wynparts.com
  • Schedules and conducts tutorial introductions to the site
Qualifications
  • 3 years of conveyor experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field required
  • Good understanding of Sales Cycles and KPI's.
  • Able to cultivate and build relationships with existing customers
  • Ability to generate Sales Reports using various reporting tools.
  • Able to use MS Office including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of equipment applications for conveyor and sortation systems
  • Mechanical and customer service aptitude and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
