The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will build strong relationships with business leaders and community partners to develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high caliber talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing consultative TA services to the business and a high level of support while managing the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business areas and leading/supporting talent acquisition initiatives. This individual's sourcing efforts will have an immediate impact to the company's continued success and help strengthen Tampa Electric's employer brand. As a brand ambassador, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates, post-secondary institutions, and industry partners to position Tampa Electric as an employer of choice.
