We are currently hiring a Production Supervisor for our Consolidation Department at our manufacturing plant in Millersburg, Oregon. This is a day shift position typically working Monday-Friday. The Crew Supervisor is a facilitator and a master problem solver and can trouble shoot systems and equipment. The Supervisor will lead processes and strategies to ensure that we are achieving conformance and producing quality product that meets our customer requirements and ATI goals and objectives.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 direct reports with diverse personalities and is responsible for the health and safety of the individuals on the floor, applying a continuous improvement focus, training, coaching, motivating, and leading the employees.
In order to become successful and provide immediate impact, you will have to quickly learn ATI, the Consolidations Department, processes, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including a unionized workforce, engineering, quality, and safety. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, the ability to act quickly and make impactful decisions, and exceptional interpersonal skills are included in the skillset of a successful Production Supervisor.
