REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ Years of Related Commercial/Industrial Maintenance Experience:
• Highschool diploma of equivalent education. Trade school a plus.
• Good attendance is a must.
• Must be safety minded.
• Must be able to safely operate a scissor lift, forklift, company van and box truck.
• Must have good communication skills and adequate PC (Microsoft outlook) skills.
• Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds on occasion.
• Must be safety minded.
• General building maintenance/repairs, equipment maintenance/repairs, and help with special projects as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Some overtime will be required when needed. (5 to 6) hours on Saturdays)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will have responsibilities in all areas related to maintaining the distribution facility infrastructure and equipment.

• Industrial maintenance activities including maintaining and repairing the facility lighting, emergency lighting, sprinkler system, plumbing and various distribution related equipment.
• Meeting the daily maintenance requests and working independently.
• Following directions and communicating issues in a timely manner.
• Competent use of hand tools and power tools.
• Working well with and around others without being distracted from job duties.
• Making deliveries and pickups of company products and supplies as needed.

HOURS:2nd shift:3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday thru Friday. OT may be required daily and on Saturdays.
