What Will You Do: As a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Train new employees in service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Oversee the inventory of dining supplies, including utensils, linens, and other necessary items.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Relay important information to staff, such as menu changes or special promotions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the dining staff.
• Encourage teamwork and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including dress code and conduct standards.
• Uphold and promote the values and mission of the dining establishment.

Who We're looking for:

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

General Requirements:

• Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
