Description
Starr Regional Health and Rehab is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Certified Nurse Assistant for our Nursing Home Department. This job is permanent, PRN.

Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, and recording intake and output.
- Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
- Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience: Preferred X Required
Required Licenses
[Tennessee, United States] Nursing Assistant
Nurse Aide Certification in State of TN
Nurse Aide Certification in State of TN
Minimum Work Experience
1 year recent post acute care experience: X Preferred Required
Required Skills/Certifications:
The below certifications will be required within 60 days of hire:
X Basic Life Support (BLS)
