Stanley Consultants is hiring for a Master Scheduler to be based on site with our U.S. Air Force client at Tyndall AFB.  This position will be responsible for the management of the PMO’s reporting structure and production of time, cost and performance data at program and sub-program level for the Program Director and key stakeholders; integration with customer PMO functions to provide data on “single source of truth” basis; forecasting pipeline of work and resource requirements. Your role is to ensure a single, standard way of managing projects, and the provision of structured, meaningful, timely, and accurate sub-program and program reports for the U.S. Air Force and its stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes.  Furthermore, they must be able to communicate and convey their analysis to a wide stakeholder audience to ensure understanding and development of risk strategies as required. The position requires a person with strong leadership and communications skills, the ability to influence others to obtain successful results, demonstrated organizational and political acumen, and the skill to coordinate a diverse team of technical experts under the supervision and direction of the Senior Program Manager.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule including all sub-programs using Primavera and/or MS-Project software tools
  • Developing and monitoring dependencies, conflicts, and opportunities in the program
  • Implementing methods, processes, tools and governance rules for integration and conflict reporting, analysis, and response planning, monitoring, and controlling 
  • Maintaining a dependencies register with regular quantification of events and standardization of assessments
  • Identifying conflicts and risks, and participating in program quantitative risk assessments
  • Providing support to project managers as an integration expert in identifying, assessing, and recording new conflicts and opportunities for efficient/effective project delivery 
  • Being a team player and able to support the delivery of multiple projects to performance, cost and schedule parameters

We are looking for an experienced Program Integration Lead with demonstrable experience in defense infrastructure programs, with well-developed professional skills and a proven track record of leadership and management.  Your ability to work collaboratively with a team of people from across multiple organizations and the company will be crucial for success. You will be busy, challenged and will feel rewarded from day one.

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university
  • Certified Construction Manager or Registered Professional Engineer or Architect
  • Experience (8+ years) or more years of experience managing Department of Defense (DoD) Military Construction (MILCON), Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), Housing Privatization, Utilities Privatization projects or programs of comparable size, scope and complexity.
  • Demonstrated possession of excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to working a diverse and multidiscipline team
  • Evidence of working collaboratively with clients and suppliers to deliver positive results
  • Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Secret security clearance
