We have an excellent opportunity for a Development Director in our Las Vegas Division.

Director, in collaboration with volunteers, is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the Go Red For Women Luncheon, a major fundraising event with a net goal of $150,000.

In addition to the fundraising goal, key responsibility include: identify, recruit and manage leadership volunteers to assist in obtaining corporate and community sponsorships; maintain strong relationships with volunteers and volunteer committees; and event execution.

Qualified candidates need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years successful fundraising, outside sales or marketing experience
• Ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment, training and managemen
• Highly effective organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
• Team leader able to work well in a team driven environment
• Thrive in a culture of accountability
• Willing and able to travel within local area and to work evenings and weekends on occasion
